Damage to motor nerves may produce the following symptoms:

· weakness

· muscle atrophy

· twitching, also known as fasciculation

· paralysis

Sensory nerve damage may produce the following symptoms:

· pain

· sensitivity

· numbness

· tingling or prickling

· burning
